Back in the day, when smartphones were dumb and your chance of finding a decent avocado toast in town was as rare as a peaceful debate on social media, I had a classmate. Let's call him... Zach.
Zach dealt with acne like it was a full-blown occupation, and not the well-paid kind. Instead of tossing barbs his way, I slid him the name of a cleanser and a moisturiser that wouldn't grease him up like a pizza. A real-life hero, right?
Here's the kicker — acting was my first love, but let's be honest, not everyone hits the Hollywood jackpot. So, I asked myself, "What's a gal to do that's always needed, pays the bills, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg to learn?"

My Story
I know that some people are creeped out by colonics,
but in truth it is the way to win the skin game.
And not only did I get my cert, but I also got bonus points (and an extra year) in reflexology and Indian head massage. At 16, I'm juggling college and a hit gig at a salon because apparently, I've got hands that could soothe a rabid raccoon.
Fast forward to running my own studio spa at 19 and tossing it all to the wind to chase the Aussie dream at 21.
Down under, I joined Alkaline — a health spa haven. Naturopaths, beauty gurus, and the whole shebang under one roof. Here's where I went bonkers for gut health because guess what? Your insides play a massive role in wearing the skin you're in.
Here's to trading skin woes for radiant glows, and peppering some gut health knowledge on the side.

Absolutely! Please ensure you make a request for Zara specifically at your Colonic treatment as this clinic is owned and ran by someone else.
Balanced pH4.5 however, is Zara's very own clinic which she is the principle therapist, and at this stage is not contracting anyone else to work there.
Can I have Zara for all my treatments?
It is ideal that you do some pre-work before your Colon hydrotherapy treatment.
This will just ensure you get the outcomes when it comes to cleansing and detoxification.
If you happen to forget or you are booking last minute, don't stress, just make sure you drink at least 1- 1.5L of water to hydrate the body and we can go over your aftercare to ensure best results. Pre-Care Instructions Here
Do I need to prepare for my treatments before I see you?
Unfortunately, at this stage having a colonic and a beauty treatment will be at separate clinics.
